Bridge Workshop is operated by XAVIOR Inc. ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service govern your use of Bridge Workshop at bridgeworkshop.com and app.bridgeworkshop.com.
Bridge Workshop is a bridge bidding trainer. It presents bidding decisions from real, double-dummy-verified deals, grades your answers, tracks your progress, and coaches you toward better bidding judgment. A free plan includes a limited number of hands per day; a paid Pro subscription removes that limit.

Bridge Workshop uses Google Sign-In for authentication only. Google's Terms of Service apply to your Google account. You can disconnect Bridge Workshop from your Google account at any time via your Google account settings.
Bridge Workshop's coaching content is authored using Anthropic's Claude API, grounded in double-dummy hand analysis, as part of building our curriculum — not as a live feature that processes your personal input.
Payment processing for Pro subscriptions. Subject to Stripe's Services Agreement.
We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of these third-party services.
Every hand's correct answer is grounded in deterministic double-dummy analysis and validated bidding rules — but coaching explanations are written with AI assistance and, like any bridge teaching material, reflect one reasonable approach among the judgment calls bridge allows. Bridge Workshop is a training tool, not a substitute for a real partnership's actual agreements.
The Bridge Workshop platform, including its software, hand curriculum, design, and branding, is the intellectual property of XAVIOR Inc. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse engineer any part of the service without written permission.
Your use of Bridge Workshop is also governed by our Privacy Policy. In short: we collect only your Google sign-in identity, drill activity, and billing status; we don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Bridge Workshop may change, add, or remove features at any time, update pricing with advance notice, and may experience downtime for maintenance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Bridge Workshop offers a free plan and a paid Pro subscription. By subscribing:
Charges appear on your statement as "XAVIOR AI — Bridge Workshop." Prices may change with advance notice.
Bridge Workshop is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost data, indirect or consequential damages, or the accuracy of AI-assisted coaching text. If we are found liable for anything, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (or $50 if you paid nothing).
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or use the service abusively. You may cancel your account at any time. After termination, your data is retained for up to 30 days and then deleted, except where retention is legally required.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through the service.
